how can I find out my computers specs? mine does not turn on so I can not use the device manager.

If so, have you cracked open the case? If you can read us back the motherboard's model number, we can give you a good ballpark guesstimate.
And if not, look it up in the manual

And how do you expect to find it out if you can't even turn it on? No program anyone suggest will work, so you're going to have to just... Know.... Take it to a PC shop? Ask a tech((not someone on the internet....
