Daemon tools...gamejack 5...HELP!!!

Let me start from the beggining. I have limewire, and bitlord. Using limewire for my video, and audio needs. But never have i ever downloaded a program. Unitl recently...I downloaded a program, and i have multiple versions. We will start with munber 3 because i think i have come the farthest with that one....I downloaded it and opened it up with Winrar...There was the .exe fil and then there was a "iso" file...thinking all i had to do was burn the game i did so, but it reads it as a backup, and not a "authentic" game. And yes the actuall game IS installed, but its a matter of getting the "real" disc...which brought me to daemon tools...and gamejack....i have NO idea what im doing anymore....and i really need some help in getting the hang of this whole "emulation" thing, and other related things....Thanks to ANYON who would help this idiot out.
