Chat Blocker

Post by Death »

Does anyone know of a good MSN chat blocker? I need one where I can schedule time slots that the program can be accessed and any other time out of that slot, the program will shut down and cannot be brought back up. A non-trial version is what I am looking for as well as an anti-uninstall version. Can anyone help me out?

Hmm that netgear router I reviewed would work perfectly for that, as it has a schedule option for rules, and you can deny the network from accessing external ports such as msn.

But let's not go there, because the network will only last 24 hours.

I would think that if you are using XP, you could set up a Group policy to prevent uninstall or just delete the uninstall log or uninstall.exe.

Or tell whoever that if it gets uninstalled their hands will be broken.

Yeah as long as the users are set as restricted users that can't really install anything nor uninstall if policies are set accordingly.
