Avatar Changing

There seems to be something funky going on witht the avatar settings. I try to change my avatar, but no matter what kind of file i try to upload, it just keeps the same avatar I have now, but it just shrinks it down or squishes it together. The avatar I'm trying to upload IS a JPG and it is within the pixel range. I even tried to remove my previous avatar and upload a new one, but I had no sucess.

What browser do you use? Firefox sometimes likes to use images from its cache even when they are outdated. If you want to see your new avatar immediately, empty the cache, load the page without the cache (CTRL+F5 on Windows), or view the image alone and reload. I do the last one usually. As a matter of fact, I just did it so I can see your new avatar.

LMAO, ya, the ace COULD be some kind of symbol, eh red?

. Actually, I was just testing it out. I tried a couple of different images to see if it had the same effects. The ace is actually an image from a game I'm making. It's a jpeg....how coincidental.

Actually you'd be better off as gif since it does not have lot of colors, so you'll get better quality, and smaller file size.

There's my REAL (And intentional) avatar. It's one of the chipmunks from my cottage. This one enjoys crawling all over me. It was on my head once, eating a peanut.

Hmmm yeah I need to make a new sig, or use an old one.

Or should I push my luck until mid february?

At some forum I actually had my Christmas avatar for over a year now, it actually stayed on through 2 Christmases.

Got a picture of 2 squirrels? You can make them look at each other and put a heart in between. Make a nice valentine's day one. Or...if all else fails....show squirrels attacking things
