can't view webcam on my site but others can

why can't i view my webcam on my site from my computer but other people can view it from their computers?

it's on port 8080 which i've opened, what could be stopping me from viewing it?

I'm on winxp pro with sp2 if that's relevant.

What is the url? How is it setup exactly, do you get any type of error?

webcam is here.

there's a page with links to pages with the webcam on, each is built slightly differently. only the top three links on the page matter for now.

the webcam broadcast goes via wexcam xp pro and gets picked up by the pages on my site which display the picture (one using flash coding, one using java and the other using javascript), the only link which i can view from my computer at the moment is the java one which has my local ip address in the code (ignore the other two bottom...local...links i put the wrong ip in).

everyone outside of my network can see it which makes me think that's theres a setting on my router which i have to change. i opened up the right port (8080) so what else could there be?

it's a zoom x3 modem/router thingy...which goes into a switch which has two computers attached if that's any help.

That is kind of odd... can't see why it's not working. But just for fun try connecting the PC directly to the internet then see if it works.
