Added pagination in mall

Instead of having all your items displayed it only shows 10 then you can click to go to the next page, same with the items to buy. But if you go to a certain page then do something, it reverts back to page 1. (easier that way )

So when you're scrapping items I suggest you just use the middle click like I do, and if you don't use firefox well get it, and you'll know what middle click does and it can save lot of time when in the cybervillage.
