Hey not a bad idea, they should tax all network equipment to make it harder for spammers to get it. TAX IT ALL!!!!

And and network equipment should require registration, and the mac address would be like a license, if a crime is commited they can trace you back muhahahaha!

Really it is. Think about it this Internet garbage would slow or be close to almost stopping.

Make it harder to make networks that are for the Crime bound folk by doing background checks to the people that by this network hardware
