Are those viable to this shard or just in general? We're gonna be doing BODs regardless because we gotta try out the system on here so we'll see eventually anyways ...

Those only apply to the old system, which you can still do on this shard when you do one of the new system quests, but imo it's not worth bothering the trouble. The new system makes it easier to get stuff.

They are only viable for the bods in deed form (Green for tailoring, gray for blacksmithing). The rewards are accurate for those bods.

The custom bod system that is quest driven is completely different and follows a different algorithm for prize handouts and rewards.

IMO if ur a new player sell for ur first few thousand ingots because the rewards u would get for handing them in are not going to be worth anything close to what you would get for selling them.
Once u got 1kk in the bank them u can prolly stomach handing in 1050 valorite and recieveing a 50 charge copper hammer and 150k in gold in return for it lol 100 powder or fort --- all of which u can basically throw on the luna bank floor in this shard just at the moment.

Selling resources isn't worth it yet, they're not terribly high in demand and it's a waste of time.
Just farm em (attended, of course), and use them for quests. Bods are shit, unless you have a high end one (use those websites for reference).
