Favourite megaman boss

Just interested, who do you think is the best megaman boss ever created? How about the hardest? How about the easiest boss? I know the megaman bosses from the original 6 games and they were awesome ALL OF THEM (Except for bright man, he sucked and had a crappy power). Hehehe.
