All of the Gecko-based browsers I've tried came with Download Managers too
Not quite as fancy as the ones you get seperately from the browser, but it comes with a pause/start feature and that's all I need

They aren’t enough for me unfortunately. I have being using Star Downloader. It’s gone commerical now, but you can still use the earlier freeware versions. A lot of popular download managers have spyware, so beware.sintekk wrote: All of the Gecko-based browsers I've tried came with Download Managers too

Actually I turn off the download manager and just do normal downloads, I find it goes well that way. Never had problems.
