general site overhaul

I'm slowly changing/adding stuff around the site so you'll be noticing stuff that's changed or new. I will also post in the change forum when I do something.

I'm playing with the idea of using static pages that are dynamicly generated every NN minutes to make the site less hard on the server, and load faster. Only main pages like the index, articles etc.

Also I may be making the current layout better, or remaking it. So if anyone has any site suggestions regarding features, graphics, colors etc... this is a good time to post.
