C-well gave me a great idea, to set members of Ud to a new user group so it shows "crunchers" in the profile. I just did it and moved everyone in the team to crunchers group.
This group has the same access rights as ice aged members. Basically, lower flood controls etc...

Oops just realized that I set tak as a member instead of mod... sorry about that, the cruncher thing will only work for normal members. And NO I'm not giving admin rights to anyone who joins UD.
