First step is to put thermal paste on the 486 processor, then you take the AMD heatsink and put it on, then use tape creatively and as well as glue. Like in my case, if the AMD fan is not present, put another one, again, using glue.
The end result is this.

Yeah exactly, since heat is not a huge issue with a 486 the tape blocks the air a bit, but not enough. Really, I could probably go without a fan using a big heat sink like that.
