Tots are permanently in. There's also artifact drops in fel called Artifacts of Assimilation (previously called Treasures of Fel but it was unoriginal).
I started EVP but most of our chars are in TBL and other guilds, I basically started it to reserve the name, but think our main guild is TBL (basically EVP's faction guild on demise, but here it's not faction)
Admins can't give stuff, but starting up is easier here, you get skill deeds, stats raise every minute and skills raise a bit faster. The bod system has also been revamped, need GM skill to get some, but the delay is only 10 minutes. So if you got the patience you can probably get a brsk in a couple days of macrowing.
Easyuo is allowed. Basically any helper type programs are, what is not allowed is Playuo, but that's not really made official yet since I still need to figure out how to block it. There's a version thing, but that won't block a hacked client that can spoof a different version, so this requires some packet level inspection. Basically it's not my priority right now. If people like e. were to actually come here and start hacking they'd simply get banned.
