I have a firewall and A/V + I'm behind a router + I am careful about everything I do. So I'm quite secured. I'd like to add firewall boxes for extra security but not something I have the cash for.

My firewall is in stealth mode and I use Panda Titanium AV set to auto update. MailWasher, Cookie Wall and Spyware Blaster is also used. I surf where I want to.

I can see the web but the web cant see me.
one fire wall after another with different antivirus programs for them to get through, plus anti spy ware and anti trojon programs.
if you want to get in and see that i dont have anything worth while on my system and am just paraniod it will be some doing to run the gunlet.
Oh yeah i forgot the 700 to 1000 email filters, and the anti spam program with its 700 email filters to block.

What's security?
Anyway, I have a firewall (albeit the one with Windows XP), I check Windows update about twice a month or when I know there's a big flaw (I don't like enabling automatic updates), and I don't use Internet Explorer or Outlook [Express].
I'm not paranoid about security. I probably don't spend enough time with it...

ZoneAlarm Pro 3.6 w/ Pop-Up Blocker, Router w/ built-in firewall as well as Norton Anti-Virus and all Windows Updates applied. (And frequently checked.)
Aside from that, I make sure my system is turned off when I'm asleep or when I'm not home. (Unless, of course, I have a reason to leave it turned on).
I'm also careful about my actions online, and I tend to make sure any spam I get gets bounced back to the senders.

I dont bounce the spam
I get even with the spammers
I changed websites from one host and left it up there with an index page. and 14 mbs of fake email address'es and every now and then i change the address's.
and the pages with the address's on have a loop back to the first page the spider follows to try and intrap them with the same 14 mbs of fake email address's over and over and over again.
forgot to tell you.
that is about 150,000 typed email address's, by only one each per line on the webpages.
