Update[jan 13 07] - housing region/aggro, paralyze, shuriken

* When you double click ninja belt to launch a shuriken, it will now reveil you.

* Paralyze field is capped at 5 sec paralyse

* Paralyze spell is capped at 4 secs and has a 10 second immunity, like paralyzing special shots (para blow, nerve strike, etc)

*Housing has been disabled around the north minoc fel champ spawn (Paracelsus) as well as the brit one. (Colonel Sanders)

*If you are inside a house and attack someone, you are ejected from the house, and the regular house access restriction will not let you go back in.
However, if you die, it will allow you to go in the house regardless of the restriction status, but if you are resurrected inside the restriction applies if it has not weared off (so if you get out you can't go back in)
