24/6 Uptime!

Post by Red Squirrel »

Again we went down, this time was because of DNS servers, the site was still accessable but not by the domain.

I recomend everyone to bookmark this link:

http://server5.rcthost.com/~iceteks/ but the thing is, you can't access anything that points to iceteks.com so the forum would still not work if you click a link.

Oh, and I decorated the site for Christmas, so for those running Mozilla which does not autodetect that the cached images are out of date, hit CTRL+F5 on the home page and forum to see the Christmas look. B)

The Christmas decorations do look good, Red. B)

It just doesn't seem like Christmas yet. :banghead: It is just going to fly by. :(

Yes, it will fly by, where did the year go?

Did anyone get any good deals at the after Thanksgiving sales? I couldn't stand the thought of getting in that rat race!

funny how in the US thanksgiving is so big, here it's not as big. It's not even close to being like Christmas. Businesses/stores keep going at normal pace etc...

But Christmas is insane here, even boxing day because of the sales.

Do you do anything for Boxing Day? I've heard about it... It's not a holiday in the United States.

here it's not really considered a holliday, but we just get big sales and stuff at all the stores because they want to get rid of all the christmas stuff and all the extra stocks of everything. I usually don't go to the mall or anything though. I always think of going but there's never anything I really need that's worth going for. And it's crazy in there, but so is the rest of christmas time. I'm sure it already started getting crazy. I find it's always nice to go to the mall though because it is always decorated and with the santa house and the little kids going and the christmas music, it's a good way to get in the spirit. Max out those credit cards!!!
