Salamandos soul not giving fire resistance. [fixed]

In item describtions it says it gives 15 fire resistancem however i got two which give none. Whys that

this is what i was reffering to:
Salamando's Soul (bow)
fire resist 10 <-------------------------Look here
Damage increase 35%
Hit fireball 50% OR magic arrow 50%
Swing speed Increase 30%

Fixed, going to global them next SW. SW will be at 3:00pm again, but after that it will be back to normal.

I edited the wrong value when I made SW longer thats why it's been happening at 3:00pm now.
