I read that earlier. It's a pretty good article that concisely brings together a lot of the unsightly truths behind the RIAA. The RIAA has functioned and prospered on nigh illegal, downright immoral practices for decades, and it's becoming ever apparent that artists and consumers are beginning to realize that they don't just have to sit back and take it. And as thus, the RIAA are currently fighting for their lives using whatever dirty tricks they can.
