I am looking for javascript for link jumping

i have been all over the net looking for javascript html or vbs or perl php any thing that will let me jump the page down to a bookmark on the page after it is loaded.

reason being is that daaaaaa.......... google adv. the web host put it on the bottom of the page so i moved the page body down out of site the ad went down.

now they moved it to the top of the page and messed up every javascript on my stie when they did that.

now i want and need a script of some sort to move it down to the bottom of the page or to jump the page down enough so the ad does not show.

i do care what kind of script language it is as i have to redo all my pages or move to another host that does not use the cheap a.. banners from google.

i know red has them here but he is not hosting my web site and is not messing up my web pages.

thanks for anyone that can make the script for me i am sure there are hundreds of others that would like it also.

i did try the meta reload one but i cant get it to find the bookmark.
