Added donate feature in bank

If you go in the bank, you can now donate to another user.

Soon I want to make it so it displays the user's ammount in posts, it's strange how it's set up, but I think I got it, and I'll be able to add another variable. Clicking on it will then bring you to the cybervillage.

Why would I want to give money to anyone here?

I think it's cool though.

Maybe as a Christmas present or something.

I messed up on the database and..and... when I gave half a million to everyone... I...I missed user ID number 1 because I set it to go from 2 to the highest user ID and umm, yeah. *hint hint*
