rearranged forums

I decided to move the forums around a bit and added the new feedback/suggestion/probloms forum so when anyone has a problem you can post in there.

It's best to post in there then to contact an admin, that way everyone else sees it and if they are having the same problem they can reply.

I strongly suggest everyone stays up to date with happenings to have an idea what is going on. B)
