 :awesome:

on my winMe system i am trying to get to work with that new shuttle mb and new amd cpu.

i turned it up from the default in the bios to the 12.5 percent and i upped the core voltage by +0.025 now i have a 1668 cpu B)

heat is only up to 113 now but it is cooler then it was now because i found it was thinking it was the wrong video card, it was using the old radeon drivers with the new radeon 8500 dv and that did make a difference when i got the right ones loaded. makes the games handle better too. and i seen the temp dropped about 4 degrees F. before i cranked up the cpu and the power. :)

i am now wanting to crank up the power to +0.100 but i am not going to cause them cpus are not cheap. :no no no:

Wow, but 113? I'd do something about that quick... the threshold of AMD is around 90 or something like that... you'll melt your cpu.

Oops sorry forgot to add the "F" in that 113, it is not "C"

i dont like "c" measurement so i change all my readings into the "F" scale. B)

so this is really something like " 50 C "

i think?

oh I see, not that bad.

133 degrees Fahrenheit = 56.1111111 degrees Celsius

I usually try to stay lower then 50, but 56 is not that bad. I've had mine running at 70 for a long time once..
