Advanced Characters, upon creation, cannot select "Spellweaving" as a skill. This is a bug, on OSI I'm pretty sure you can select Spellweaving.

You cant, because the unique way to acquire such skill is via a quest. It will give you 0.1 spellweaving to start training. (I tested it on my OSI acc)

That skill list is also a client thing, nothing that I can do to change it. But here, the spells that require 0.1 require 0, so you can still train from 0 without the quest, which is not in yet.
