Update[Jan 6 07] - deathstrike, ladders + more

* Fixed Deathstrike. Apparently it was broken. Not my code this time.

Stumbled upon it at runuo forums. Asayre can ban me all he wants, it takes more then paper plates and duct tape to keep a squirrel away.

So now DS will do the damage hit either after 5 steps, or 5 seconds.

* Plague Beast now spawns a maximum of 5 spawns, and it also does lesser poison. There was a TODO in the code for this, I have no clue why it was not just added in. (one line) so I did it. Not sure what type of poison it's suppose to be but I put lesser.

*Lightsabers now make the resurrection sound on equip, closest thing I could find to the light saber activate sound.

*coded in ladders - they can be built using carpentry. Can let you get on top of castles and stuff.

as simple as ladders are it took me all day to make em, so better enjoy em.

And yes they're a bit ackward to use, but it's because they actually use a special teleporter which I wrote based off the teleport script.

About the lightsaber sound, would the sound an exodus overseer makes be any closer?
