I just did something stupid. I installed my new 120GB drive in my server, but forgot to connect it, I booted up into linux without questioning why I did not need to format the hard drive. Now I'm off to go remove the old one and connect the new one.

I just realized that all the prize for the wallpaper contest is long gone now But the closing date is still a ways away, and I really don't think the prizes are the real deciding factor over whether someone will enter or not.
heh, I kinda want to hurry up and "release" the ones I've made so far, so I can get some feedback on em though. They are kinda big just to post on the board though, and I don't have any good hosting options...

My point is that SVG is [ either that or pushing to become] a W3C standard, as opposed to say flash, which is owned by macromedia if they say, decided to start charging for it all the sudden or decided to put ads in teh flash player, etc. Sure things seem ok now, but a company has to turn a profit, so you don't know what would happen if macromedia were in dire straights. Also I would say that SVG has much broader applications than flash does.

I am glad you find this funny. Have you told many people that your
point is that SVG is [ either that or pushing to become] a W3C standard as opposed to say flash which is owned by macromedia if they say decided to start charging for it all the sudden or decided to put ads in teh flash player etc? This was not a yes or no question. Where did you hear that?"What was it like before robbing him or her a total of 9 times you have pretty much cleaned him or her out P" SVG has much broader applications than flash does ?
Does that make sense?

It's based on XML. It can work very well with other XML technologies and also with JavaScript, CSS, and server-side scripting. Plus, the filesize is usually quite small.
I love XML so much.
