Promoting pvm people to join to factions or atleast do pvp

Yeah thats it people, i know there are some of you around who _only_ fight monsters(youre missing hell a lot of fun) and ive noticed that reason why some people avoid pvp is becouse they think they are not good at it, screw that seriously. Noone cares if youre good or not and if you dont know how to play mage dont forget this is valor you can pvp as dexxer too (i mean that if you dont like playing mages)

So people c'mon make a pvp char, be anoymous if you want and join to a faction, as i said it doesnt matter if you dont know anything about factions or pvp, i mean what can you lose? gold? pff, big deal.

Reason iam posting this is becouse currently theres not much of an pvp action, and thats really the salt of the uo.

And yeah i understand some people dont like salt

But try it.

And once again if someone found it hard to understand my post its here in nutshell:

Make pvp char and kill everyone. I want some action.

This is what faction is, and i'd like other factions to look like this too, not only shadowlords:
And this image gives bit wrong image about SL, we are enot really that big.

Tugex, I beg to differ, but my first pvp suit on valor consisted of Kasa, RBC, Grips, and Swords of Prosperity.

Not to worry, once I introduce the recepie system AoA system will be greatly changed, or at least, odds greatly reduced, and some items changed as well. But there will be enough notice beforehand, to give people chance to build suits that will fit with the new artifacts and changed AoAs.

Also, you *might* be able to pull off a near full 70 suit with crafted armor, with the arms lore change. (gm blacksmithy and arms lore)

does this work with tailoring too? and how does arms lore affect armor bonuses?

at GM lore it's a max of 8 bonus resist on max of 3 resists. It's randomized. Its in an update somewhere. Only works on smithy stuff though.

I don't get your joke. I am True Brit. And none of my SL friends are online. And I was talking to Nexus, raiding my spawner might be a good intro to pvp for him. And one last thing, you didn't even have the balls to go check coon. If you did you would have replied that I wasn't there. I was doing a T2A coon.

Saying that 80% of shard is in SL is wrong.

Currently only ones regulary/sometimes online are: me, kekkek(and hes new, he joined like a week ago), eby and doc.

And no, we are not online sametime, it rarely happens.

Mine was even worse, i think i had kasa and HoL, rest was crafted(and not even good ones)
But still i think i managed to do well with it, atleast brunus and that one other guy (talisman it was?) remembes it, but i doubt they admin it.

The one before Squirrel removed the stam stuff? Yeah, you did kill me, I couldnt cast anything cause I was stammed, I would not be proud of that.
But still, at those times EVERYONE had crappy items, even myself. Now its WAY different.

Nope. Just pointing out that part. If someone uses a crappy suit like the one we used to have and fight against any of the fully geared veterans, I'm sure they dont stand a chance.

No I'm not. I'm just pointing something thats true. I challenge someone to kill your archer when you are fighting at 100%, you are nearly unkillable with your actual gear, thats if not fully.
I like the idea, but this server sadly is more item based then Demise, and unless if we can provide gear to whoever we try to get in the PvP scene, it will take a while till they actually start fighting.

Well, I can tell you this, my gear is not the best at all. I realize I'm probably going to die more often than not, but who cares, at least there'll be some fighting. Perhaps I'll get better with time, but I'm in no hurry.
