I May Soon "hire" Some Mods...

I'm thinking of having more mods here, specially if I can get different time zones it would be a plus. I'll most likely send PMs personally asking. I'll be basing myself on how active you are and the quality of posts.

Don't feel bad if you don't get a PM once you start seeing new mods, this won't be an easy decision and it won't mean that you are not a good mod.

This is not only to encourage everyone to post more, but also to make sure this place will stay in order once troll season opens again. Most trolls come only at night when I'm sleeping (unless it's friday, then I catched them as they log on.

Keep in mind you are the owner, so don't be afraid. This is not a democracy, so members will have to settle for whomever is picked.

Yep, it's democracy to the point that we accept suggestions, but when it comes to elections, not quite.

But that does give me an idea, we could have an election and have candidates. I'll think on that one though, I think I'll stick with the original plan though.

yep red pick who you want to ask and then ask they might not have time or they might not want to do it. but ask them before you make them a mod.

i found out that when i made some mods in my group on yahoo they did not want to be so i had to unlist them.

Yes, I won't just set them as mod and expect them to know and be ok with it.
