How Much Do You Recycle?

I recycle everything that can be recycled here, even small papers, mail etc...

I sometimes put something in even if I know they won't pick it up, just to try, "just in case".

I feel evil when I trow something big in the garbage. That's why I have like 3 486's and none are worth much.

We shred a lot of junk mail...it can be used for mulch or put in the compost pile.

There is a place for newspaper at the local waste facility.

I have a monitor that will be donated to the Kidney Foundation.

We could do a lot more recycling here but our refuse facility is so picky about everything...I would need 8 garbage cans to keep it all sorted!

We do separate cardboard and newspaper though.

Here they are bad for that too. We usually put the cans in a bag and they pick it up, but once we put the cat litter containers in it since we were not sure wether they recycle those, and instead of emptying the pop cans anyway and leaving the containers behind, they never took the cans. I hate that since it discourages people from recycling. My dad was ready to just stop completly because of that one incident.

we recycle plastic bottle, cans, newspaper and cardboard. Used to recycle glass bottles too, but that got to be a pain in the butt. And we're not even lucky enough to have a guy come around and pick it up. Nah, we gotta load the truck up and take em to a recycling drop off point.

Really? We have a guy come every 2 weeks and picks it up, at the same time as the garbages (but the garbages are every week durring summer).
