Paintball Arena

I was looking on the RUNUO forums and ran across multiple threads relating to Paintball Arenas. This could be cool to have. It's a cool alternative to normal dueling PvP that I've played on another shard somewhere.

What do you think?

Well technically the Deathmatch arena that we have already could be used as a paintball arena. I'm just curious as to what is required to get the paintball modifications.

How exactly does paintball in UO work? Is it like archery, exept it changes your char's hue on hit?

Yeah... one of the specific examples I saw used crossbows as the pointball guns. It changed the colors of robes you had to wear when you got shot, and it allowed you to be shot a designated amount of time (the person of this script used 5 shots) before you were eliminated.

That sounds awesome! I'd love to organize some paintball games and such if this gets coded in. All I see is paintballs as ammo and bows as paintball guns. Maybe even take it to the next level later on, if it gets big, and add new things like magical paintballs that do varies effects (paralyze, freeze). Just a thought
