I'm thinking of something that would be cool. Not sure how and if I could pull this off, but I can't see why not. I'd have to program the game server software for it, but being text based I'm sure this would work great.

Every certain day, like every friday or whatever, I'd put it up, and it would be a trivia where we could ask/answer questions in real-time. It would probably be "who wants to be a millionaire" style, we'd get together at the forum and then I'd post a telnet:// url and it would be played over telnet. Most likely on a different port though...

So I just want to know how many would be interested, and I'll consider programming it just for us.

The questions would be made up by all of us, before the game actually starts, the server would be open for question submissions and you'd simply put in the questions and the answer (it would be multiple choice / true or false). Then when there's enough in the database the game would start. I might also make this over a php script but a telnet server would be more cool.

Just want to come up with original stuff here, and attract more new users!!! So tell your friends about this and if they want to join the fun!

Not to worry, we'd explain how it works. It would be pretty straight forward. It will most likely be a link like this telnet://reliexec.dynu.net:21 and then the game would pop up.
