Dial Up, Bug????
ok does anyone have this happen?
when working offline in the ie. or oe, and then you click to dial up and get online.
the little dial up manager that pops up when you click on the blue ie icon.
asks if you want to connect and when you click connect it does the maxiumize thing and fills the screen but does not dial up
is that a bug or is it something wrong with my winxp dell computer??

Dial Up, Bug????
I have not used dial-up in long (thank goodness for that!) but I don't remember that happening to me. It's probably a glitch of some sort that can hopefully be fixed with a reinstall or something. If not, a clean install should do it.

Dial Up, Bug????
some more info on it.
i was getting this action by using the icon in the quicklaunch bar and that is a shortcut.
it was set to open at maxiumized size.
so i think that is why it was making the dial up manager go to max..
but why it did not dial up the internet i dont know yet?
