It seems to be a phpbb thing. These bots register with non sense usernames and non sense blogspot urls, trying to advertise. I secured some things so they cannot be seen by anyone else (making their advertising pointless) and I go through and delete. If you have registered you may experience a delay in getting your account activated due to these security measures.
