FW Shard ( offline ? )

Hello guys, my server is online and i decided to share it with the world

I created an UO Gateway acc and add my server on the list, but it appears to be offline here and I don't know why, any clues ?

It appears your shard is not returning a proper result when the poller polls it, what server software and version are you running?  I know there was an issue with Sphere but I believe it was fixed.
