I run eternal pledge, a free sphere ultima online server, I and other have been hitting my vote button for uogateway and yet im not on your server list...

Looks like uog is not detecting it as online.  http://www.uogateway.com/shard.php?id=958&act=view

There was an issue with this at one point with Sphere but I believe it's been fixed.  Check their forums to see if there's anything you need to do.

It appears your server is not sending out the right data or any data at all, it may also not be null terminated.  The uogateway server waits for the null termination to know that there is no more data.  Here is a log of a connection entry, it's similar to the issue I linked to, which should be fixed in a newer version of Sphere.
