UOGateway has on multiple occasions displayed my server's status as Offline for long durations of time and has legitimately sabotaged my Uptime (Which has been 100% since we listed on gateway). During these periods when UOGateway says we are down, places like UOPortal do not, and then there's the obvious fact me and all the players are connected when this happens.

Did you notice if other servers in the list said this as well?
It could have been some server/network issues at our end. Though I have not noticed anything myself. I have a monitoring system and it has not triggered anything lately.

There's definitely other server's offline at the time, but I'm not sure.. I guess what the question is? If it's if the other server's were online, I didn't try logging in.

Could have been some network issues, maybe a very small blip that lasted less than 5 minutes. My monitoring software would not trigger if it happens between heartbeats.
I know at one point they did have lot of network issues, mostly packet loss. This will mess up stats.
I'm actually working on moving to another provider as I got a better deal on a server that is more powerful than the current one, so we'll see, maybe that will fix the issue.

For any reason the statistics for UO Antares doesn't get on UOGateway. Just the same algorithm perfectly works at UOPortal.

Which server emulator are you using?
NM I see it's sphere. It may be that it does not understand the uog packet that gets sent. At some point I'd have to check into why it does not work, but I know there are some emulators it does not work with and guess sphere is one of them.
