I can't see my shard in the shard listings?

Hello, I made an account. I just got my email activation and i activated. I added my shard but it didn't show up. What is wrong..... confused

Is the shard operational? It only shows up after it's done a successful poll. This usually takes less than 5 minutes after it was submitted.

What is the name of the shard?

My shard is Ultima Online Eternal Vengence. My brother in law registered it as Eternal Vengence. He went in and deleted it but it stayed there. I reposted it as Ultima Online Eternal Vengence, but it didn't show up. Well, I told him maybe it is because his post never was removed. So he put it back up.

I was not sure which one you wanted to keep but I went with the newest posting, I see that it's not activated, did you get an email? There should be an activation link. I activated it manually for you.

my husband went and signed up our shard and he hasnt gotten a email from you to activate it the shard is slayden's realm

Make sure to check the spam folder. For some reason mail from my servers always gets marked as spam by other email providers, I don't know why.

just wanted to let you know that we got it fixed thank you for you help i just have one more question for some reason when you click on my website name on your site it wont take me to it but if you type it in you can get it to i dont know what is going on with it

Oh yeah, I need to fix that. If you don't put http:// it wont work. So just go in your profile and make sure the site has http:// first and then it should work.
