Connecting

Having an increasingly difficult time connecting to the server and logging in and out.

I've also noticed some lag/slowdowns and some areas where the client locks up.

I was playing fine (or at least I think so) when he was having a lot of trouble.
Last night though I was seeing some lag to the point where I thought I might die a few times when everything on screen would just be frozen for a couple seconds but I never got disconnected.
If there's anything I can do to help test/troubleshoot let me know, even if it's just saying when it's good or bad.

I actually have two hard drive failures on the NAS and the shard VMs and the DB server VM happen to be on that LUN, so it MIGHT be related. I will make an official announcement soon but there is a chance I may need to temporary shut down the shard or just the DB server (risking a revert if there is a crash) just need to assess the risk further.
