Sanctuary Altar

You should be able to get an arcane focus 6 with the right amount of characters at the altar in the end of sanct. However currently, the "altar" on the ground isn't registering for arcane circles. Repeated message of you must be standing on a pentagram/altar/abbitor gets displayed.

Seems like a hassle anyway. I mean, I get it, but could we maybe make the Rune Library one count for that or something? That would be pretty rad.

I'll take a look at it next week when i return. It likely just needs onr of the flags to be set to boost it.

I added the arcane circle so you can now cast properly in sanctuary, but the formula will need to be revised as it still only gives 1 strength when it's supposed to give more.

It does not work? It was put there for that reason and used to work. I'll have to check out why it stopped working.

There's 4 spots with checks in the arcanecircle.cs scripts where an arcane focus should change levels. The formula might need to be re-examined to see if it's working as intended to change the arcane level.
