I know that gaunt is having some issues right now, so sorry if I am bringing up something that is turned off for a reason.

I rang the bell, no ferryman. I figured he was out to lunch, so I rang the bell 30 minutes later and still no ferryman.

I have a whole team of characters in gaunt, but I need to get one more in.

Found him getting sloshed in the pub. He kept saying something about needing two more gold coins...not getting paid enough for this nonsense. He's back to work now.

Maybe he got fed up of kids ringing the bell and running away. Those skeletal dragons are expensive!
