Yeah kind of sucks, really not sure whats going on. If it does not pick up soon I'll have to go back to the old server, no point in paying for the server if nobody is playing. Think people are loosing interest in UO alltogether.

You still can't get on? I'd contact your isp about that. You're only like 500 miles from the server and most other people including those from brazil can connect fine.

The server will be relocated to my dsl line in the next few weeks, so maybe you'll have better luck then. If the playerbase picks up again and I decide to go dedicated once more I'll try to pick the same host demise is on. That one is more pricy though...
