I know there was a bit of talk about introducing vendors like the ones that were in submersia so that people could buy resources such as colored ingots. I think it's a great idea as it would be a good gold sink.
I am just wondering when these might be implemented? Ever since the the artifact change and the removal of the oracle of Poseidon there has been a massive shortage of ingots. There aren't any committed miners on the server to buy ingots from, and doing it on an individual level makes it pretty much impossible to do a reasonable amount of smith quests for the effort.

There's been a lot of stuff hanging in the air that I haven't been able to think about as I've been completely focused on the Halloween event and getting its content out. I hope to have more time to bring some of these implementations to the game in November or December but I can't make any promises at this point in time.
