TC1 updated with new artifact changes/conversions

TC1 has been updated with the latest code as of today as well as a live backup from last night.

Please have a look around at your artifacts to see if there is any discrepancies with the post here:

Also report any other issues you may find.

Please note that any artifacts that were marked as a "reroll" are random, so the artifact you get on TC1 may not be the same as the one you will get on live, or any refresh done to TC1.
