Community: The Bridge Building of Trinsic

As of recently, there have been numerous concerns about the rivers near the city of Trinsic. Several citizens of Trinsic and hundreds of villagers from other cities have voiced their opinions:

"The rivers near the city of Trinsic pose a problem to those who wish to cross their paths. It is difficult and tiresome to have to walk through the city of Trinsic, especially during the market rush and peak hours when villagers are lining up at merchants and bankers. The jungles of Trinsic are dangerous to navigate around, making a detour around the rivers a very arduous task. Many innocent travelers have been injured by creatures and have found themselves lost due to these circumstances. We the people, propose that bridges be built across the rivers to aid in travel and to encourage safe travel for villagers. We believe that in doing so, more people will find loyalty and safety in and around the city of Trinsic."

When these terms were presented to the current mayor of Trinsic, he agreed to the prospect of building the bridges but found it difficult to complete due to a shortage of funds from the Royal Treasury of Britannia as well as Trinsic's own funding.

The Royal Council of Britannia has graciously donated what they could to support the bridge construction, but plenty more supplies and funds will need to be donated before the bridges are complete.

We encourage all citizens to show their compassion and donate what they can towards the Trinsic Bridge Building.

The hard work and dedication of the citizens of Britannia has helped to create a new bridge!

The southern most bridge was completed shortly during the afternoon of April 23, 2011.

Many citizens gathered alongside the river to take their first steps across the new bridge.

Lord Clainin, the royal court wizard and council member, also took time out of his busy schedule to observe the bridge building progress and to provide some funding and supplies for the northern trammel bridge, courtesy of the royal treasury and donations from Britain citizens.

When asked about the current tightening of funds, he was quoted to say:

"Due to Lord British's absence in Britannia, the council was instructed to maintain the treasury and monitor the funds as they may be required to support the people in the event of a large scale catastrophe".

When asked of the king's absence, Lord Clainin responded:

"The king's location is classified at this point in time. When the king returns to Britannia, he will inform the people of the events of his absence, when the time is right."

Lord Clainin and the council wishes to let the people of Britannia know that the bridge building construction is going smoothly and that all the other concerns that were brought to the council will be addressed and any required funding will be considered to help keep Britannia a safe place to live and prosper.

The citizens of Britannia has helped to create another new bridge!

The northern bridge was completed shortly during the evening of April 28, 2011.

The trammel side of the bridge building has been completed! The builders have thus decided to lend a hand to the camps on the felucca side.

The construction continues for the bridges in the other facet. The Royal Council has already provided some funds and supplies to get the bridge started.
