i thought all demitels had a 15% arty chance, so i just finished my first dark star/black hole thing(which took about 2 hours mind you) and the arty chance said i only had 1.4%.

What gives?

its a MAXIMUM of 15% it depends on luck and such

What he said ^^. If you have very low luck, you're going to have a really low chance of obtaining an artifact. I see you have 40 luck in that screen shot so unless you were honoring your opponent, your chances are going to be low like that.

yeah seeing that with a 40 luck suit i got a 1.4% the logical thing is a 1400 luck suit= 15%, if that's the math it follows.

don't have 2 hours to spend on dieing today, so not going to take one tonight.

yeh players would be nice but still they have to go to fel for fun to happen i think that factions should not just be in fel and that reds should be able to be attacked in all facets make it a little more fun to the fact that mage casting is nerfed and dexxer specs are nerfed.

By default, runuo's casting is slower than OSI's. I believe AOV also implemented some casting constraints back in the day where we didn't adhere to a strict code about what should and shouldn't be changed. Needless to say, mage casting is probably slower than necessary. The same applies to such systems as weapon damage.

well im not flaming it because you do get 120 inscribe with alot of sdi im just used to aos casting where you can stack spells because its needed against ai spamming 2 second heal dexxers which on aov you get like 4 sec heals and wait timer for specs it would be nice to have players and active factions tho

Ya, factions are one of those tricky subjects. Factions are in need of a lot of love. OSI will be introducing some new faction changes soon which will hopefully bring some new ideas out on the tables (They are also planning on only having 3 factions instead of 4). I'm hoping that they do a good job so that more people will participate in faction battles (We'll just have to wait and see).
