Those are "normally" a client side issue, as bubbles said. 8) if i remember correctly that item was one of the samurai empire expansion weapons (cant remember the name of that arty though) but long story short its a big sword lol. It's basically saying it cant find the line or (string) for the name of it, which usually returns that error. Could be a couple reasons either bad UO installation, bad client patch, or just plain bad luck.

Looks like your client cannot associate the label with your cliloc file. That's supposed to say Katrina's Crook. Your cliloc file is likely out of date. Patching your client will likely fix it as it will update your cliloc files. Try patching your client to Client: 6.0.12.4 Patch 90.
