Arms + Gorget

I need a set of arms and a gorget that have these total mods:

35 Physical Resist
31 Fire Resist
11 Poisin Resist
20 Lower Reagent Cost
Must be Meddable.

I will pay 2 Mil gold for these basic Mods/resist things on those peices. I will pay 50k per LMC in addition on the peices (Max of 16% total) and 100k per MR on the set of two (Max of 4). I will pay 50k per 4 points of stamina increase (Max of 16). I don't care about bonus HP or HR or SR but I will simply pay an extra 100k per max of these mods on each peice. So thats a possible extra 1.4 mil or more.

Also looking for a set of earrings that must have these mods:

DCI 15
FC 1
15 Fire Resist

Bonus Mods I would pay extra for:
LMC 8
Stat Bonus +7-8
