Orc spawn champ

The Orc champ is not spawning.

Ya just checked and you're right. Do you happen to have a bit more information? Seems as though somebody had done the spawn awhile back but didn't finish yet it didn't reset.

Details can be PM'd to myself in confidence if necessary.

All I can say is that you fill up all candles and the whites reset..fill them up again..same thing whites reset. No champ.
