These kinds of things simply cannot be proven. More people have to stand up to this and go to court and show this fact, then turn around and sue the RIAA for their time/money of being wrongfully accused. That is the only way it will stop.

RIAA attacking fataly sick people now
Issue is the RIAA has power to sue without any kind of proof. You know there's something wrong with the whole system when some companies have more legal power then others. You'd need millions of dollars in lawyer fees to beat them in a case.
For example, they could easily come after me now that I posted that screenshot, but there is no proof that all that data is actually MP3s. in fact, it could be a share called p2p that I use to put large files filled with 0's.
But if I was in the states they could probably sue me for it.
