So Ive been watching the history channel a show called mega disasters I think you all should check it out like this one imagine a category 5 hurricane x10 500 mile an hour wins they predict this well happen eventually called a hypercane by large asteroids. Then wayy back in BC when the earth has only been around for for 700,000 years a volcano irrupted which caused the earth to go into a volcanic winter for many decades which ended alot of life on earth because of all the ash blocked the son so everything started to freeze pretty crazy stuff.
